2) Who may use Gospel Worship Voices

If you access Gospel Worship Voices through any beta version, preview build, or testing track, including closed or open testing on app stores, you understand that:

• The Services may be unstable, unavailable, or contain bugs
• We may suspend, restrict, or end testing access at any time without notice

Features may vary depending on device, region, platform, subscription status, and availability.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content libraries, feature sets, audio categories, premium access, or availability of specific tracks, radio stations, or media content.

Gospel Worship Voices is provided for worship, encouragement, inspiration, learning, and general spiritual support only. The Services are not intended to provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, legal, or other professional advice.

While our content may include prayerful, biblical, and inspirational themes, it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice, emergency support, or treatment.

Safe listening: Keep volume at safe levels and do not use the App while driving or in any situation requiring full attention.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, reviews, testimonials, bug reports, or other submissions about the Services, you grant Galaxyway AI a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and incorporate that feedback into the Services without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Attempting unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Disrupting the Services or introducing malware or harmful code
• Using the Services to harass, abuse, defame, or harm others
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting unlawful, infringing, or offensive material where user interaction features are available
• Violating any applicable law or regulation

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where appropriate.

The Services may interact with or depend on third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, sign-in providers, analytics tools, crash reporting tools, embedded media platforms, and radio stream providers.

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, errors, policy changes, stream interruptions, or actions taken by app stores or providers, including billing decisions, account restrictions, refunds, or chargebacks.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services. Maintenance, updates, app store issues, platform changes, stream provider interruptions, content licensing changes, device limitations, or network issues may affect access.

We may:

• Update or change pricing, subject to applicable platform rules and notice requirements
• Restrict or end access to parts of the Services
• Suspend or discontinue the Services in whole or in part

If a change materially reduces paid features that you reasonably rely on, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, where practicable and subject to platform capabilities.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have a subscription, you should also cancel it through the relevant app store or billing provider to avoid renewal.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or platform requirements
• We reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, reputational, or operational risk

Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations, including payment obligations and any provisions that are intended to survive termination.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any content, stream, live station, or feature will always be available
• The Services will meet your specific expectations or requirements

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

Subject to the above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption
• Our total liability relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us through the relevant store or platform for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £0 if you only used the Free tier

If you breach these Terms or misuse the Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galaxyway AI from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach or misuse, to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy on a data-handling issue, the Privacy Policy will control to the extent of that conflict.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No waiver: A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a business transfer, restructuring, or sale.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any purchase terms displayed at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
